Job Description

To our Animal Health division we are looking for a colleague for the position of Veterinary Sales Representative to cover the Eastern Bohemia region. The role involves active prospecting for new customers (leads) building and maintaining relationships with existing clients presenting our products/services preparing proposals and closing contracts with emphasis on communication negotiation and presentation skills organizational abilities and market knowledge.

This is a fixed-term position (until the end of January 2027). It is also suitable for fresh graduates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity search: Active prospecting for new potential customers (veterinarians farmers) and identifying business opportunities

  • Client communication: Telephone and in-person communication providing consulting answering questions and handling complaints

  • Presentations and proposals: Preparing and presenting tailored price quotes and solutions demonstrating products or services

  • Closing deals: Negotiating and signing contracts securing orders

  • Customer care: Maintaining long-term relationships and caring for existing clients understanding their needs

  • Administration: Managing sales documentation preparing materials tracking orders

  • Market analysis: Monitoring trends conducting surveys and providing feedback

Requirements:

  • University degree in veterinary or agriculture

  • Fluent Czech and intermediate English (oral and written)

  • Ability to drive a car and travel to clients across the region as well as take part in longer business trips (sometimes abroad)

  • Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

  • Organizational skills and proactivity

  • Knowledge of the product/service and the market analytical thinking
