NOGA MEMBER SERVICES AND MARKETING INTERN (3 MONTHS)2026 USGA P.J. BOATWRIGHT JR. INTERNSHIP PROGRAM ABOUT THE NORTHERN OHIO GOLF ASSOCIATION: NOGA is a nonprofit organization that serves as the regions governing body for amateur golf. Founded in 1917 NOGA is dedicated to promoting the game in Northern Ohio to all golfers serving its growing membership of 154 clubs and more than 39000 individual OF INTERNSHIP: NOGA office located in North Olmsted Ohio (a suburb of Cleveland)TERM OF INTERNSHIP: Three (3) months (start and end date are flexible)RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist NOGA staff with all aspects of amateur golf administration including: a primary focus on member services golf course rating and golfer handicapping. Interns will travel extensively throughout the region during the internship assisting in rating golf course supporting member clubs assisting individual members with handicap questions and administering USGA core functions. Secondary responsibilities will revolve around social media management as well as tournament background or strong interest in golfCollege Degree (completed or in progress)Willingness to work in fast pace and team-oriented structureWillingness to live in Greater Cleveland area and travel throughout the regionAble to work outside in extreme weather and temperatures with direct sun exposureExcellent communications and public relations skillsExperience in photography social media and related programsA person with a strong work ethic that is self-motivatedStrong computer skills including MS $2000 - $2500 per month (hourly employee) based on 40-hour work weekNOGA Staff apparel and uniformsLunch on tournament daysComplimentary golf at North Olmsted Golf ClubTO APPLY: Please submit cover letter and resume including references to Peter McGeoch Associate Executive Director at Position is open until filled with qualified THE P.J.
