Job Summary:
The Madison County States Attorneys Office has multiple openings for full-time Assistant States Attorneys to prosecute serious felony offenses. Salary range: $78000-$105000/year commensurate with experience and abilities.
Description:
4 years experience as a litigation attorney required. Senior felony prosecution or defense experience especially multiple years prosecuting violent crimes preferred. Exceptional communication research and writing skills are essential. Must be a licensed attorney within the State of Illinois at time of application or provide evidence of eligibility for admission via reciprocity. Pending Motion for Admission by Reciprocity strongly preferred.
