Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
- Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for business and operational stakeholders
- Build and optimize Azure-based data solutions using services such as Azure Data Factory Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Data Lake and Azure SQL
- Ingest process and analyze telemetry data from applications infrastructure and devices
- Implement data models DAX calculations and performance tuning in Power BI
- Integrate telemetry sources such as Azure Monitor Application Insights Log Analytics or IoT telemetry streams
- Ensure data accuracy reliability and governance across analytics solutions
- Collaborate with product engineering and operations teams to define KPIs and monitoring metrics
- Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows where possible
- Support troubleshooting root cause analysis and performance monitoring using telemetry insights
Key Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling DAX Power Query performance optimization)
- Solid experience with Microsoft Azure data and analytics services
- Experience working with telemetry monitoring or log data
- Proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques
- Understanding of cloud data architectures and ETL/ELT patterns
- Experience with REST APIs or streaming data sources is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
