Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Rust Backend Engineer to design and build high-performance backend systems using Rust. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in asynchronous Rust frameworks and experience developing scalable low-latency APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement backend APIs using Rust
Develop and maintain asynchronous systems using Tokio Axum and SQLX
Apply strong understanding of Rust fundamentals (ownership borrowing lifetimes type safety)
Work with relational databases (SQL) for data persistence
Optimize systems for performance reliability and low latency
Participate actively in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards

Mandatory Skills

Strong Rust programming experience
Hands-on experience with async Rust frameworks: Tokio Axum SQLX
Strong understanding of asynchronous ecosystems (Tokio / async-std)
Experience working with SQL databases

Desired / Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with AWS and Docker
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization best practices
Exposure to advertising technology concepts (ad serving bidding campaigns analytics)
