Your Responsibilities

You will design and build robust web and mobile applications ensuring every line of code is clean documented and performant.
You will lead the development of high-impact features that provide users with a seamless world-class digital experience.
You will manage the entire SDLC from initial ideation to deployment and maintenance with clinical precision.
You will act as a technical consultant bridging the gap between complex engineering requirements and the clients commercial objectives.
You will optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability ensuring they can handle the weight of a global user base.
You will collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure that the vision and the build are perfectly aligned.
You will ensure all repositories are audit-ready following best practices in version control and CI/CD because in our world reliability is the only currency that matters.
You will take ownership of the tech stack ensuring workflows are automated tested and secure.

To be considered for this role you should have

Relevant experience in Software Development: Frontend Developer Backend Developer Full-Stack Developer Mobile Application Developer WordPress / Shopify / Webflow Developer AI / Automation / No-Code Developer etc.
Subject matter expertise in your specific niche.
The ability to explain complex technical jargon in a way that a non-technical founder can easily understand.
Comfort working in a remote-first international environment where precision and meeting deadlines are non-negotiable.
A portfolio or GitHub that demonstrates your ability to build production-grade software.
