The role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lanpro and support our Regional Director of Planning to support the growth of the Lanpro Group. We are looking for a commercially focused candidate who is client facing with the technical abilities to account manage key projects at a senior level with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Taking the lead on Lanpro client centric agenda for the role holders area of the skillset (planning) both internally and externally.
Having strong client liaison and relationship building skills to generate new opportunities whilst optimising existing relationships to seek further work from prior excellent project outcomes.
Strong networking skills and business development and the ability to build contacts across the industry and with key contacts in local planning authorities.
Identifying targets establishing and consolidating new and existing clients and colleagues.
Contribute to winning presentations and to produce final reports and presentations for tenders and clients.
Using technical knowledge to identify and realise client opportunities through both tried and tested and innovative methods.
Responsibility for negotiating significant fee agreements with customers/clients and or suppliers/contractors including managing contractual aspects.
Effectively manages significant and complex projects to a high standard.
Takes a key role in projects within relevant specialised field and provides technical leadership.
