As part of the Global Revenue Analytics and Insights team you will lead the development of advanced decision science solutions that guide marketing investment decisions across global markets. Your primary focus will be building and scaling Dysons in-houseadvanced analytical models includingMarketing Mix Modelling (MMM)media measurement capabilities Price Elasticity and forecastingoptimizeinvestmentROI and inform strategic planning.
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle ofour advanced analyticssolutionsfrom framing business questionsacquiringand engineering data developing robust econometric and Bayesian models deploying solutions and translating insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.This role combines technical depth with strategic influence requiring you to shape Dysons investment optimization approach and guide decisions at the highest level.
Accountabilities
Design develop andvalidateadvanced analyticalmodels to measureinvestmenteffectiveness and ROI across channels.
Partner with marketing finance and strategy teamsacross all marketsto translate model outputs into actionable investment decisions.
Lead experimentation frameworks (e.g. geo-lift holdouts) tovalidateassumptions and answer key business questions.
Build scalable data pipelines and model infrastructureleveragingcloud technologies.
Provide leadership and guidance to technical analytics teams fostering best practices and innovation.
Drive adoption of advanced analytics across markets.
Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear business-focused manner to senior stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry trends in econometrics Bayesian modelling and marketing measurement.
About you
MSc or PhD in Statistics Econometrics Quantitative Marketing or related field.
8 years of experience inadvanced analytical modelling with at least3years in MMM/marketingor pricinganalytics.
2 years managing technicaladvanced analytics team
Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through advancedmodelling.
Expert in Python (Scikit-LearnPyMCNumPyro) and familiarity with R (Robyn Prophet).
Strong SQL and cloud database skills (BigQuery Redshift Azure SQL).
Experience with datamodellingtools (dbt) and front-end frameworks (Streamlit Dash).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
