At this time we are looking for individuals who can work an 8-hour shift including days afternoons nights and SummaryA Production Team Member (Plastic Products Assembler & Finisher) is responsible for assembling operating machinery inspecting and finishing plastic components used in the manufacturing of CR Plastics outdoor furniture and related products. The role ensures that all products meet company quality safety and production standards. This position requires attention to detail manual dexterity and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing include the following:Safely operate a wide range of power and hand toolsincluding bandsaws disc sanders drill presses routers impact drivers mitre saws pocket drills and spindle sanderswhile ensuring tools are inspected before use maintained in proper condition and used according to all safety and quality extrusion machines as required by production schedules including setting up materials monitoring machine performance adjusting controls when needed and verifying that extruded components meet dimensional and visual quality plastic lumber into jigs with accuracy ensuring each part is properly aligned secured and prepared for manual assembly tasks;
