If you thrive on new challenges pushing yourself to new heights and working in a team-driven environment you should consider the following successful candidates responsibilities will include:Support and maintain production processes equipment and spacesCarry out manufacturing projects to improve production layout processes jigs fixtures and equipment Write and maintain procedures for production processes and production controlSupport orders through productionThe ideal candidate for this position will have: A College Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 1-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing environmentA high level of critical thinking and accountabilityStrong interpersonal communication and organization skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProcess driven self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to take initiativeAbility to work well independently and in collaboration with othersA basic understanding of HVAC controls and mechanical systems would be an assetAptitude with hand toolsAt Antec Controls we believe in hiring based on team fit.
