Job Summary
Koniag Data Solutions LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Senior Level IA Security Admin Support to support KDS and our government customer at Joint Base San Antonio TX. This position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public Trust. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Provides senior-level leadership and strategic direction for the Defense Health Agencys Information Assurance and cybersecurity programs across its global network of military hospitals medical clinics and dental as a top-tier expert responsible for shaping and overseeing the implementation of DHAs comprehensive cybersecurity the development and continuous improvement of DHAs overarching information assurance and security architecture ensuring alignment with DoD cybersecurity requirements Risk Management Framework (RMF) NIST guidelines and various DoD strategies including Zero Trust ICAM Digital Modernization and Cybersecurity Reference the design and implementation of advanced enterprise-wide security solutions to protect DHAs complex IT infrastructure encompassing approximately 250000 end-user devices 3000 physical and virtual servers across 250 sites the integration of cutting-edge security technologies and methodologies to address evolving cyber high-level strategic guidance to DHA leadership on cybersecurity matters including risk management resource allocation and long-term security with executive stakeholders to align security initiatives with overall organizational objectives and to secure necessary resources for critical security the development and oversight of comprehensive security governance frameworks including policies standards and these frameworks are adaptable to emerging threats and technologies while maintaining compliance with DoD and federal enterprise-wide security assessments including advanced threat modeling red team exercises and strategic vulnerability management executive-level insights on the organizations security posture and oversees the development and execution of strategic remediation the organizations security incident response capabilities ensuring rapid and effective responses to high-level security post-incident reviews and directs the continuous improvement of incident response the implementation of sophisticated identity and access management strategies including the adoption of zero trust architectures and advanced authentication efforts to enhance and mature DHAs Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Public Key Enabling (PKE) cross-functional initiatives to embed security into all aspects of DHAs IT operations from system design and development to deployment and the adoption of secure DevOps practices and other modern security DHA in high-level inter-agency cybersecurity forums and collaborates with external partners to enhance the overall security posture of the military health as the primary liaison with DoD cybersecurity authorities on strategic security and develops the next generation of cybersecurity leaders within DHA fostering a culture of security excellence and continuous the development and delivery of advanced security training programs for both technical and non-technical :Masters degree in Cybersecurity Information Security Computer Science or a related technical field. Ph.D. security certifications (e.g. CISSP CISM CRISC or equivalent) are :12 years of progressive experience in information assurance and cybersecurity with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles managing enterprise-level security have a proven track record of implementing and overseeing comprehensive security strategies in large complex environments preferably within DoD or healthcare experience in DoD security regulations RMF processes and strategic cybersecurity planning is :Ability to obtain a public trustOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
