Live Events Producer LATAM Pokémon GO
Are you ready to drive a game that brings positive impact to the world through the power of mobile and location technologies As a Live Events Producer for Pokémon GO you will lead teams and work across the company on one of the most influential games the world has ever seen. Were looking for an ambitious and innovative Producer to work on LATAM initiatives in Pokémon GO. You will steer local and community events to keep players engaged drive cross-functional teams to delight our users and make the world better by helping users go out and explore the world!

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to drive Pokémon GOs LATAM strategy driving community celebrations and live event initiatives.
- Break down multifaceted issues into workable components and guide the LATAM team in planning from ideation through post-launch.
- Partner with QA to ensure events are properly set up and thoroughly tested before going live.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners navigating approval hurdles to successfully land a cohesive end product.
- Engage with the team leadership to keep them apprised of LATAM performance as well as presenting data-driven results and recaps.
Qualifications
- 2 years experience producing a live service mobile game.
- 2 years Experience with production processes and methodologies including Agile SCRUM and waterfall as well as when and how to apply them to multi-disciplinary game teams.
- Experience with productivity and collaboration tools/software with an emphasis on spreadsheets word processor and BI Tools (JIRA Looker Google Docs)
- You are able to demonstrate extraordinary organization communication detail-oriented and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams (design engineering production etc.).
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable to handle dynamic situations with little advance notice.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications.
- You love Pokémon GO.
