In this role youll work closely with site crews supervisors and quality teams to identify and resolve issues early maintain efficient workflows and uphold strict safety standards. Essential Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify the condition of moulds used for precast segmental bridge deck production ensuring they meet design specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of moulds before during and after each use to ensure they are free from defects damage or wear.
- Ensure that moulds are cleaned and properly oiled/lubricated before the placement of rebar cage
- Ensure the moulds are properly maintained to prevent contamination that could affect the quality of the concrete segments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction building inspection
- Academic degree or professional certification in a relevant field
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion
- Self-motivated with a high standard of performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills mechanical aptitude and communication abilities
Work Conditions:
- This is a site based position
Compensation
$56000.00 - $77000.00This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience knowledge skills education and location.
