We are currently seeking a full-time Registured Nurse Supervisorto join our team atIdaho State Correctional Center located in Kuna Idaho.
The Registered Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Registered Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Bachelors degree or associates degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Supervisory experience preferred
Corrections experience preferred
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
Qualifications
Full time Day Shift - may be asked to cover shifts due to PDO Staff Shortage or Call Outs
