Job Summary

South Central Service Cooperative is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Systems Support Specialist to support district and school leaders in strengthening and improving educational systems across the region. This full-time position plays a critical role in enhancing instructional practices supporting curriculum development and building sustainable systems that lead to improved student learning and educator OverviewThe Systems Support Specialist will collaborate closely with administrators to evaluate and refine key systemsincluding assessment Response to Intervention (RTI) grading acceleration educator effectiveness and other instructional processes. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience expertise in curriculum and instruction and the ability to guide schools in continuous ResponsibilitiesSystems Evaluation & ImprovementPartner with administrators to assess current systems (assessment grading RTI acceleration etc.) and recommend data to ensure alignment with school goals accountability expectations and best the development of efficient processes for data collection interpretation and use in & Instructional SupportAssist in the development implementation and evaluation of curriculum aligned to state research-based instructional strategies to improve student with instructional leaders to ensure equitable and effective teaching Learning & DevelopmentProvide professional development and training related to curriculum instruction and systems collaborative teams in setting goals reviewing data and developing action steps to strengthen teaching and -Informed Decision MakingSupport educators and administrators in analyzing student-performance tools and strategies that strengthen assessment practices RTI processes and instructional Effectiveness SupportAssist administrators with systems for evaluating educator growth and the development and implementation of professional learning plans to enhance teaching observation data student outcomes and performance metrics to offer actionable feedback and promote continuous as a school or district administrator (required).Strong understanding of educational systems (RTI assessment grading curriculum alignment etc.).Experience in curriculum development and instructional data analysis communication and collaboration to support diverse teams and cultivate a culture of continuous Join South Central Service CooperativeOpportunity to positively impact multiple schools and and innovative work growth salary and benefits package.
