Weresearching for aLehi UT basedQuality Engineer II to join our Engineering team so that we can shift our quality assurance approach from detection to prevention across our healthcare credentialing platform. The Quality Engineer II will lead strategic quality initiatives and apply comprehensive testing methodologies to ensure our solutions deliver reliable compliant software that enables safe provider onboarding for healthcare organizations worldwide.

How Youll Spend Your Time

  • Develop andmaintainautomated test scriptsin order toenhance test repeatability and accelerate release cycles

  • Apply risk-based testing methodologies to prioritize high-impact scenarios to proactively prevent defects in critical workflows

  • Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate with development teamsin order toresolve defects and improve system stability

  • Implement quality metrics tracking and monitoring dashboards to provide visibility into defect trends test coverage and overall product quality

  • Engage with cross-functional teams during requirement analysis and design sessionsin order toidentifyquality risks early and influence story readiness

What Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You Having

  • Previousexperience as a Quality Engineer in software development environments

  • Proven successwritingand executingautomatedtestplansusing modern quality engineering approaches

  • Working knowledge of APIservicesCI/CD pipelines cloud environments and observability tools

  • Foundational programming skills to designmaintain and debug automated test

  • Sincere interest inworking collaboratively toimprovehealthcare quality and patient safety through technology

  • Ability to commute to Lehi UT office 4 days per week
