Job Description
Perform end-to-end analysis and processing of Property & Casualty insurance workflows
Independently handle policy issuance endorsements renewals and cancellations
Review and analyze policy documents to ensure accuracy compliance and risk adherence
Act as a point of contact for onshore stakeholders resolving complex queries
Analyze data identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
Support audits quality checks and SLA adherence
Mentor or guide junior team members when required
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong hands-on experience in Property & Casualty insurance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Ability to work independently in US shift environment
