Job Summary
Victus Networks is a telecommunications services provider that specializes in network management and infrastructure solutions delivering services both for Vodafone GR and Nova!
We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Power & Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team! Check the below responsibilities and apply if interested!
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for Power & Infrastructure issues impacting Fixed HUB sites and the Mobile Network locations acting as a point of contact for corresponding MNO teams and technician seeking assistance.
- Supervise and manage Power & Infrastructure-related incidents at Fixed HUB sites and within the Mobile Network locations ensuring swift resolution and minimal downtime.
- Apply your troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve Power & Infrastructure problems efficiently.
- Manage and escalate complex Power & Infrastructure issues to third-party vendors for timely resolution.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
- Document incidents resolutions and escalations meticulously for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a telecommunications or network support role preferably with exposure to power and infrastructure management.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving power and infrastructure-related issues at network sites.
- Solid understanding of power supply systems cooling systems and other critical infrastructure components.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
