Job Summary

Koniag Technology Solutionsa Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Quality Control Technician to supportKTSand our government customer in Artesia position requires the candidate to be able to obtain a Public position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health dental and vision insurance 401K with company matching flexible spending accounts paid holidays three weeks paid time off and Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:A minimum of two (2) years as QC/Lead Technician experience utilizing formal QC systems/processes in industry and/or business related to functions to be performed under the requirement to support facility operations of government training facility (i.e. Firearms Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling Transportation Inventory etc.).Shall possess skill and ability to inspect and monitor facility operations and services for compliance of applicable codes laws regulations and directives including safety and environmental relating to functions such as Firearms Vehicle Maintenance Scheduling Inventory Transportation deficiencies inadequate and/or unacceptable work and take necessary action to resolve or recommend to the Contracting Officer the necessary action to resolve the issue or corrective action to be maintain a presence at the site at all times during progress of the work as recommended by the be willing and able to perform as Safety Officer and/or Environmental Coordinator as full compliance of contracts Quality Control Project Manager (PM) to ensure compliance of all other contract plans including but not limited to Service Plans Disaster Preparedness Key Control Property Control Environmental Protection Safety Project Manager as required with Quality Control over management of all aspects of support services for a federal government training facility including but not limited to Firearms Vehicle Maintenance Transportation client relationships and ensure successful execution of all QC contract requirementsSupport Quality Control functions as required to coordinate site activities including training events facility usage and student recreation supportProvide updates and reports to management and clientsShall be responsible to prepare and submit monthly QC reports per contract requirementsProvide excellent customer serviceCoordinate with PM to support all QC contract requirementsOther tasks as assigned by the PM and/or executive management teamTo be successful in this role the employee will need to be able to:Read write speak and understand English languagePhysically able to perform assigned work and shall be free of communicable disease(s)Work on tight deadlinesBe competent in using applications such as Word / Excel / Power PointAbility to obtain a Public Trust clearanceThe ideal candidate will be:Detail -orientedOrganizedSelf-motivatedProficient in ReportingAdaptive to changing prioritiesRespectful and calm in pressure situationsA dedicated TEAM PLAYEROur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
