The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Groups & Events (Reactive) Sales Executive Job Adto be part of the creation of an extraordinary sales experience at The St. Regis London. This individual must have a proven track record in luxury sales and converting group and event business leads on the 5 star London market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation: Work with Proactive Sales to execute sales plans for group/event segments (corporate social) to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Client Acquisition & Management: Identify prospect and convert new business build strong client relationships (planners agencies) and manage key accounts for repeat business.
- Proposals & Site Inspections: Create compelling customized proposals lead venue tours and present confidently to potential clients.
- Market Awareness: Conduct market research stay updated on industry trends and analyse competitor activity.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Groups/MICE proactive sales and Director of Revenue colleagues as well as Operations Catering Front Office teams as well for seamless group and event delivery and accurate forecasting.
- Administration: Manage CRM diary contracts sales reports and ensure accurate event details are communicated internally.

- Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Highly organized proactive adaptable and detail-oriented.
- Proven track record in hospitality group and events sales.
- A love of fostering close knit client relationships
