About the Job
Your Fairway
- Email Campaigns: Assist in planning creating and executing email marketing campaigns that engage our customers and drive results.
- Content Optimization: Help draft edit and optimize email content for better performance ensuring high standards of quality and brand alignment.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze email campaign metrics (open rates click-through rates etc.) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- CRM Support: Maintain and update our CRM database to ensure accurate customer information and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of subject lines content and designs to improve campaign outcomes.
- Market Research: Keep up with email marketing trends and best practices to suggest innovative ideas.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Design and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
Your Scorecard
- Enrolled in a university program ideally in marketing business communications or a related field.
- Interest in golf and understanding of the sports culture and community is a plus.
- Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data and deriving insights.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools (experience with platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo is a plus).
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in problem-solving.
