The Executive Floor Lounge Team Member is responsible for delivering personalized high-quality service to Executive Floor and VIP guests ensuring a refined and memorable hospitality experience in line with Hilton brand standards. This role focuses on lounge operations guest engagement and service excellence within an exclusive environment.

What will I be doing

As the Executive Floor Agent you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Welcome and assist Executive Floor and Hilton Honors guests with a warm professional approach

• Provide attentive food and beverage service during breakfast evening cocktails and lounge service hours

• Maintain lounge presentation cleanliness and ambience at all times

• Handle guest inquiries requests and concerns promptly and courteously ensuring effective service recovery

• Monitor inventory replenish food and beverage items and follow hygiene and safety standards

• Coordinate closely with Front Office Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless guest service

• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards service protocols and health & safety regulations

• Accurately follow billing access control and lounge usage procedures

• Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance loyalty and satisfaction

• Build rapport with regular and VIP guests promoting Hilton Honors benefits

• Handle feedback professionally and escalate concerns when required

An Executive Floor Service Agent serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitudebehaviours skills and values that follow:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or other relevant discipline

• Previous experience in hospitality front office or food & beverage service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Good command of English and Mandarin will be an added advantage
