Job Summary

Job Description

We are looking for a PMO for Transversal Domain who supports project and program management functions to ensure effective delivery governance reporting and coordination across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Monitoring:

Support PO/BA/Scrum Masters on their daily task (Agile methodology)
Maintain project and milestone plans (agile methodologies)
Track project progress: status scope budget quality and risk
Support resource and capacity planning and coordination

Governance & Reporting

Prepare standard and ad-hoc project reports and executive summaries
Ensure documentation and governance processes are followed
Setup meeting agendas and capture results/outcomes

Tools & Processes

Support organizational project management tools and practices
Maintain collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams) and data access for teams
Track and update projects hours tracking KPI helping with steer-co and big room slides

Languages: Fluent English
Tools: Proficient with Office365 (particularly Excel PowerPoint Word) Jira Confluence. Service-now experience is appreciated.
Experience: Prior PMO or project support experience (2 to 5 years)
