Job Skills / Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Clean buildings by emptying trash vacuuming sweeping mopping and cleaning surfaces as assigned.
- Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
- Proper use of cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
- Use approved cleaning chemicals only with proper PPE as required and must follow SDS.
- Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using proper cleaners sponges and squeegees.
- Dust furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
- Clean and service restrooms with mops and proper disinfectants.
- Move heavy furniture to vacuum/sweep underneath as needed
- Arrive timely for shift as scheduled and complete all work in allotted time
- Identify and report needed repairs on equipment to ensure they are well-maintained.
- Crosstrain on other duties or areas as assigned by Supervisor
DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Limpiar edificios vaciando la basura pasando la aspiradora barriendo trapeando y limpiando superficies según se asigne.
- Supervisar la seguridad del edificio y la protección realizando tareas como cerrar puertas después del horario de operación y verificar el uso de aparatos eléctricos para asegurar que no se generen riesgos.
- Usar correctamente las soluciones de limpieza para eliminar manchas y limpiar superficies.
- Usar únicamente productos de limpieza aprobados con el equipo de protección personal adecuado según sea necesario y seguir las hojas de datos de seguridad (SDS).
- Limpiar ventanas mamparas de vidrio y espejos usando los limpiadores esponjas y escobillas apropiadas.
- Quitar el polvo de los muebles y fregar las superficies hasta dejarlas limpias.
- Limpiar y mantener los baños con trapeadores y desinfectantes adecuados.
- Mover muebles pesados para aspirar o barrer debajo según sea necesario.
- Llegar puntualmente al turno según lo programado y completar todo el trabajo en el tiempo asignado.
- Identificar y reportar las reparaciones necesarias en el equipo para asegurar que se mantenga en buen estado.
- Capacitarse en otras tareas o áreas según lo asigne el supervisor.
