Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks a Cloud Engineer/Administrator to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of experience supporting cloud or enterprise infrastructure environments.
Hands-on experience administering cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud Azure Government or equivalent).
Experience with cloud networking security groups load balancing and storage services.
Experience supporting Linux and/or Windows server environments.
Familiarity with RMF NIST SP 800-53 STIGs and DoD cybersecurity compliance.
Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps environments.
Strong troubleshooting documentation and communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC and required background investigation

Duties:

Administer and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments supporting DSAID.
Provision configure and manage compute storage networking and platform services.
Monitor system health availability performance and capacity; respond to alerts and incidents.
Support system patching upgrades and configuration changes in accordance with change management processes.
Implement backup recovery and disaster recovery procedures to ensure continuity of operations.
Support RMF and ATO activities by implementing and maintaining security controls.
Ensure compliance with DoD cloud security requirements STIGs and cybersecurity policies.
Support vulnerability remediation continuous monitoring and audit activities.
Collaborate with Cloud Architects Cybersecurity Engineers and DevSecOps teams.
Support CI/CD pipelines infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues; perform root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain cloud operational documentation runbooks and diagrams.
Support system modernization cloud migration and optimization initiatives.
Participate in Agile planning technical reviews and operational readiness activities.
Provide on-call or after-hours support during releases or system incidents

Required Experience:
