Youll also:Evaluate ensure and enhance the delivery of Brand standards across all ownership models and self-served platformsProvide hands-on operational guidance; insight and coaching at store level in aspects of brand excellence & customer guidance to equity/partners on operational excellence and delivery of the world highest levels of customer satisfaction within the store site level training for all Express swaps & installations to ensure brand standards are implemented & any health & safety related activity is fully understood at siteSupport and guidance for the lowest performing stores/machines through a hands-on approach and a display of the perfect operationA bit about youA passion for Brand Excellence and Costa Standards is just the start of what were looking for.
