Shifts: Full-time/Permanent. Days evenings & : $20 per hourKey Responsibilities Guest Experience & ReceptionGreet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive at the spa. Ensure guests feel welcomed valued and guest inquiries and concerns about services products and amenities. Provide information on treatments spa packages promotions and check guests in and out of the spa handling payments billing and any required and report guest feedback both positive and negative to improve service quality and guest EfficiencySchedule confirm and modify appointments for spa services ensuring accurate and timely closely with spa therapists managers and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality guest the front desk area is clean organized and well-stocked with promotional materials brochures and necessary spa & MarketingPromote and sell spa products and services recommending packages and upgrades to enhance the guest experience in customer service or hospitality preferably in a spa or wellness communication skills and a friendly professional to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced of spa services treatments and products is a in computer systems and booking organizational skills and attention to to maintain a calm and positive attitude under to work flexible hours including weekends and Resorts is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a workplace that values diversity and ensures equal opportunities for all.
