DescriptionAs a Recruitment Intern youwill support the administration and coordination of the corporate recruitment cycle student program and campus initiatives. Supporting the Recruiters and Campus Lead you will add impact through event coordination business administration and assisting in the corporate recruitment cycle.

- Contract duration: 4 months
The role:
- Manage job descriptions on internal and external resources including our internal job library websites job boards professional associations and educational institutions.
- Assist with opening and closing requisitions in our applicant tracking system
- Assist the student and corporate recruitment process through resume screening and coordinating interviews.
- Support with recruitment tracking and other metrics.
- Coordinate other recruitment-related projects and other duties as required.
Who are you
- Currently enrolled at an accredited post-secondary institution in Business Administration Human Resources or related discipline
- A people person with strong verbal and written communication
- A team-oriented individual with the ability to work independently as well
- Have solid planning coordination and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Passionate and motivated with a strong sense of personal initiative
This is a full-time contract position with a salary range of $19 - $21 per hour. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidates competencies including but not limited to experience education and performance related to this role.
