- Support Universal Robots team in Denmark in classification activities
- HS and ECN Classification of direct indirect and off-line shipments
- Creation and maintenance of classification codes in PLM/ERP systems
- Engage with product teams Operations and Sales for ease of import/export activities.
Create and maintain:
- Technical description supporting classification and auditing.
- Supplementary description for POs to support customs handling
- BTI activities
- Record keeping of shipments and share classification with external resources (E.g. forwarder companies)
- Handling Inward Procedure for service activities.
- Support Service Hubs with local customs matters.
- Travels when needed to Denmark for building product and team knowledge

- Working knowledge or experience with the EU and US export control regulation
- Practical experience with setting up/managing customs activities.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of customs regulations.
- Knowledge of International Trade / Customs / Trade Compliance / Tariff Classification.
