What Youll Do
As part of a collaborative well-supported care teamyoull:

• Conduct comprehensiveinitialevaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide virtual outpatient therapy to patients (primarilyages 15)

• Treat a range of diagnoses including depression anxietyaddiction/SUDtrauma social skill deficits abuse personality disordersandbipolardisorder

• Collaborate closely with psychiatry case management peer support crisis services and other wraparound resources

• Caseload:5-6 sessions per day

• Appointments:Follow-upsappointmentsare 60 mins

Qualifications:

• ActiveLICSWor LPCC license inMinnesota(required)

• Proven experience in providingtherapy servicesas an independentlylicensedLicensed Professional Clinical Counselor(LPCC) orLicensed Independent Clinical Social Worker(LICSW)preferred

• Full-time availability (40hoursper week) duringCSThours

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• Telehealth experience preferred(experience with SmartCarea plus!)
