Your expertise will guide everything from research and planning to launching campaigns and reporting on their success across a mix of digital and offline channels. Youll be the go-to person for turning business goals into campaigns working closely with creative brand and product marketing folks to make every campaign shine. You will work in our office in Waterloo ON a minimum of two (2) assigned consecutive days every other week plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum youll do:Strategy & planningDevelop an enterprise-wide integrated paid digital marketing strategy and campaign level strategies for bothbrandandproduct marketinginitiatives that align with business objectives and client innovative and creative campaigns to promote our brand products or audience segments and map digital touchpoints across the customer optimal channel mix (search social display video influencer etc.) and contribute to annual and campaign-level media with internal stakeholders on campaign objectives creative direction and success execution & optimizationImplement end-to-end digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads Meta LinkedIn YouTube and programmatic day-to-day campaign setup targeting execution and performance with creative and marketing teams to ensure messaging and design drive engagement and test-and-learn approaches through A/B testing audience segmentation and creative performance and proactively recommend in-flight optimizations to meet & reportingEstablish key performance indicators (KPIs) track campaign results and use data to inform future analytics platforms (Google Analytics GA4 Tag Manager HEAP etc.) to generate post-campaign reports and present insights and recommendations to internal teams and with analytics and marketing teams to ensure tracking accuracy and data -Team CollaborationWork closely withbrand and performance marketingteams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency in withmarketing and designteams to optimize digital experiences that support conversion withexternal agencies media vendors and influencersto execute campaigns efficiently and on market trends competitor activities and customer behavior to identify paid social media campaigns with the overall social media calendar and strategy developed by Manager Social Media/Corporate Comms ensuring all paid efforts complement the broader schedule and youll bring: Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or related field.5 years of experience in digital marketing preferably in a mid-level strategist or campaign management experience developing and executing multi-channel digital campaigns (SEM paid social display video streaming etc.).Strong understanding of bothbrand-buildingandperformance (product) -on experience with ad platforms such as Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager Spotify Ad Manager programmatic partners and with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics 4 Tag Manager HEAP Supermetrics Power BI etc.).Experience managing agency or vendor partners is an following skill sets are required:Analytical skills:ability to evaluate trends and data to make informed :capacity to brainstorm and develop new innovative marketing :clearly articulate strategies and collaborate with planning:expertise in developing long-term plans that meet business analysis:proficiency in using analytics to track performance and inform in it for you:Career Growth: Regular learning sessions and developmentopportunitiesTotal Rewards: Incentive pay annual salary reviews employer-paid benefits and pensionmatchingTime Away: Competitive vacation plus one paid volunteer day each yearFlexibility: Healthy work-life balance with employee wellness always top of mind complemented by a dress for your day approachAt Equitable were committed to fair pay and an inclusive accessible hiring experience.
