JOB SUMMARY:
The Ohio Peterbilt Outside Parts Sales Rep is responsible for growing sales with assigned accounts and new customers by establishing strong customer relationships through consistent in-person sales calls managing accounts with excellent communication and collaborating with management team members and other departments to ensure premium customer service.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Three to five years of experience with heavy-duty parts is preferred.
- Additional: Must reside in the territory at the time of the position start; a valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required.

- Strong Communicator:possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter & Problem-solver: with strong time managementand organizational skills.
- Customer Service Excellence:Providing outstanding service to all customers both internally and externally and maintaining a positive attitude.

- Technical & Mechanical Skills: has a strong mechanical aptitudeand strong sales skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Manual Dexterity:Regularrepetitive use of hands wrists and fingers will be required. Must be able to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including the use of a computer keyboard.
- Mobility:Frequently required tosit or stand for prolonged periods. Occasionally you will stoop bend kneel crouch reach and twist.May ascend and descend stairs frequently and climb into machines.
- Strength:Mayoccasionallylift and/ormove light to moderate amounts of weight.
- Work Environment: Noise levels can rangefrom quiet in office settings to moderate or loud in other situations with sudden loud noises possible.
