Job Summary
Price Industries is seeking a motivated Safety Intern to support our Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in occupational health programs and EHS compliance.
Responsibilities:
Assist with EHS projects and initiatives across the facility
Support implementation and auditing of safety programs (e.g. PPE Hazard Communication Lockout/Tagout)
Conduct safety observations and participate in incident investigations
Help maintain and update safety documentation and training materials
Utilize Microsoft Office tools for reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Environmental Science Occupational Safety Biological Sciences or Engineering
Completed coursework in EHS or related fields
Familiarity with occupational health and safety programs
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Prior EHS project experience preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
