Job Summary
Accounting Specialist (Hybrid Part-Time) - Temp (15 hours per week) - San Rafael - $30/hour

Location: Remote (must reside in California)
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week during standard business hours
Duration: Through June 30 2026
Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:
Reconciling reviewing and processing credit card statements
Reconciling reviewing and processing travel reimbursements
Entering reviewing and processing purchase orders
Monitoring receipt of materials and invoices
Assisting with payroll and other routine accounting functions
Helping maintain accurate and organized financial records
Accounting Specialist Qualifications:
Prior experience in accounting bookkeeping or similar role
Ability to work independently and take initiative (startup or small-team experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Education sector experience is helpful but not required
