Job Summary

ServiceMaster is currently hiring for a part-time cleaning position for 6 days a week around 20 hours a week in the Marion area. We offer on-the-job paid training. You must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers building by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include but are not limited to:

Perform all cleaning duties for the facility using provided products tools and procedures
Cleaning duties include: sweeping mopping polishing trash dusting cleaning and restocking restrooms
Moving cleaning and replacing equipment and chairs
Place safety hazard signs in the building including wet floor signs as necessary

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Standing walking pushing kneeling twisting and reaching
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
The ability to be flexible and work in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform dependable and on time
Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
