Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary:(DOE) Bonus

Location: Preston (Hybrid Working Supported)

Experience: 46 years PQE (Commercial Property)

Are you looking to join a market-leading award-winning law firm with a reputation for excellence and a people-first culture Our clients Commercial Property Team in Preston is seeking a passionate and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (46 PQE) to manage a varied caseload and play a key role in the teams continued growth.

The Opportunity

• Handle a busy and diverse caseload of commercial property matters including landlord and tenant residential and commercial development and high-level transactional work

• Advise investors lenders developers entrepreneurs and estate owners on a wide range of real estate matters

• Negotiate and draft transactional paperwork provide clear advice and guidance to clients and agents

• Operate a Case Management System ensuring excellent record-keeping and compliance

• Deliver outstanding client service with regular updates and proactive communication

• Liaise with supervisors to manage workload and collaborate with colleagues across service lines

• Support team members contribute to team objectives and help promote the firms values

• Engage in business development and build a strong network of contacts

What Were Looking For

• Qualified solicitor with 46 years PQE in commercial property

• Experience managing own caseload with some supervision

• Strong attention to detail organisation and planning skills

• Excellent communication IT and client-facing skills

• Commercially minded proactive and confident in a fast-paced environment

• Accomplished in business development and networking

• Self-motivated team player with a willingness to collaborate and support others

• Experience with SOS case management system (desirable)
