Trainer- Assessor

Are you passionate about developing future leaders and professionals in business support roles DN Colleges Group is seeking a motivated and experiencedTrainer/Assessorto deliver high-quality apprenticeship training in Leadership & Management Business Administration and Customer Service.

This is a varied and rewarding role that involves classroom delivery workplace assessment and close collaboration with employers to ensure apprentices achieve their full potential. Youll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning across the region.

This role is across Colleges Doncaster and North Lindsey

Essential Criteria

• Level 3 qualification in Business Customer Service or Management.
• Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths.
• Experience in leadership management business administration and/or customer service roles.
• Excellent communication organisational and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions to apprentices in college and workplace settings.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor apprentice progress.
• Liaise with employers to ensure training meets business needs and apprenticeship standards.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and awarding body requirements.
• Support apprentices with guidance motivation and progression planning.
