RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Paid Channel Ownership
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads Meta Ads TikTok
Snapchat and emerging platforms.
Own budget allocation across channels and markets to maximize
ROAS and customer acquisition.
Work closely with automation teams for retargeting and upsell flows.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution
Design and implement full-funnel paid media strategies (awareness
consideration conversion).
Oversee creative briefs for performance creatives and A/B testing.
Develop scalable campaign templates for holidays seasonal travel
windows and destination pushes.
3. Analytics & Performance Tracking
Build dashboards to monitor spend conversions revenue CAC
ROAS and attribution.
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimization tactics.
Align with data team to improve measurement accuracy and reporting
cadence.
4. Market Intelligence
Track airline deals pricing trends travel demand cycles competitor
activity and macro travel seasonality.
Inform bidding and media decisions based on demand signals.
5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment
Work with marketing automation product pricing and holidays teams
to align offers and landing pages.
Provide weekly and monthly performance readouts to leadership.
Requirements
47 years in performance marketing preferably in e-commerce travel
fintech OTA or marketplace environments.
Proven ability to manage $500k/month cumulative budgets across
platforms.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads & Meta Ads plus familiarity with
TikTok & Snapchat.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance dashboards.
Experience with attribution models pixel tracking and web tagging.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Evidence of scaling campaigns across multiple markets (international
experience is a plus).
