GENERAL SUMMARY:The Team Lead is responsible for providing clinical and administrative oversite to an assigned team of clinical staff. The Team Lead provides support direction and assistance to the team; as well as coordination of day to day functioning of the team and case load RESPONSIBILITIES:Present open communication to ensure team members are supported in their roles and understand their performance work schedules for team members to ensure there is coverage of program for service delivery within contractual staff in coordinating collaborations with outside service provides for care resources. Maintain documentation of client contact hours for the team per week and conduct other reports as monthly member chat audits to ensure team members are practicing proper documentation. Ensure member files are maintained in accordance with company and licensing and participate in individual and weekly team supervision supervision is documents and submitted to Human Resources for entry in personnel an approved schedule and an acceptable level of other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the :Education- High School Diploma or GED. Bachelors degree in a related field - Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. Prior supervisory experience - - :Minimum 18 years of Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).CPR First Aid & AED certification if required (must possess upon hire and maintain throughout employment).Valid Drivers License 39-month Motor Vehicle Report proof of vehicle registration and liability insurance that meet company insurance requirements if TB test result if required (Employer provides).Questions about this position Contact us
