At S&C we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $87758 - $116285. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors including performance knowledge job-related skills and experience and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&Cs annual incentive plan (AIP) subject to eligibility criteria.

S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Engineering team. As Electrical Engineer IIyoull be crucial in ensuring continued innovation and supporting our diverse team.
The Electrical Engineer II is responsible for designing planning and executing projects that help improve testing capabilities testing efficiencies and safety in the NJC Laboratories. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams developing designs for electrical and mechanical testing and monitoring equipment. The Electrical Engineer II will report to Senior Manager NJC Laboratories.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
Train S&C team members on the labs processes equipment and test methods to ensure that the lab has the relevant skills needed to meet testing demand and for efficient operations.
Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required.
