The Mulberry/Pleasant View Bi-County Schools Board of Education Mulberry Arkansas is seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to lead the district and support its mission of ensuring success for all students.
McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C. Executive Recruitment and Development are engaged as consultants in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the Board in identifying and screening the candidates.
Enrollment: 400 Students
Location: Mulberry Arkansas
Salary: Regionally competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications
The Qualifications:
An experienced administrator who is fiscally responsible and is knowledgeable regarding Arkansas school law school finance budgeting and facilities management. A forward thinker who is focused on student retention and growth in enrollment. A leader who is familiar with the structure and operation of Arkansas Department of Education Division of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE).
A strong academic leader who loves kids and desires to provide the most equitable educational opportunities and experiences for all students. An educator who places emphasis on student achievement and academic growth as well as encourages a balance between curricular and extracurricular activities. An innovative leader who seeks initiatives to improve curriculum through authentic academic processes technology and career & technical offerings.
An effective communicator and collaborator who has strong verbal and written communication skills and respects superintendent-school board dynamics. A person who listens builds trust and is supportive of students administrators faculty and staff. An administrator who is visible in the schools and in the community. A leader who is transparent and uses a commonsense approach in his/her decision-making process.
An ethical leader who possesses quality interpersonal skills moral character and personal integrity. An individual who exhibits a strong work ethic and is self-motivated. Someone who desires to build cohesive relationships between the district and the community. A disciplined leader who holds district personnel to a high standard of accountability.
