Job Summary

Were seeking a CNC Machinist who takes pride in producing quality parts and supporting a high-performing machining team. This role focuses on Haas milling setup and operation and maintaining tight tolerance workmanship from start to finish. Its a great fit for someone hands-on detail-oriented and confident working in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate Haas CNC milling machines to produce precision components.
Perform part inspections during the run to ensure accuracy and consistent quality.
Interpret prints and machining requirements applying GD&T concepts as needed.
Complete deburring and finishing steps to ensure parts meet workmanship standards.
Support day-to-day shop workflow by maintaining organization tool readiness and clean work areas.

Qualifications

Hands-on CNC milling experience ideally on Haas equipment.
Strong setup and machine operation skills in a production environment.
Working understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation.
Experience with deburring practices and basic finishing requirements.
Ability to hold tolerances and maintain quality throughout the machining process.
Familiarity using inspection tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Reliable safety-minded and able to work independently when needed.
Strong communication skills and willingness to support the team.
