Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill / Lathe Machinist to join our 1st shift team. This role requires hands-on setup programming and machining expertise in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to machine weldments plates and miscellaneous components
Safely handle and position parts during setup and production
Program at the machine using G-code and/or conversational programming
Read and interpret blueprints operation sheets and technical drawings
Apply strong working knowledge of GD&T principles
Perform routine preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
Maintain a clean organized and safety-compliant work environment
Operate additional toolroom equipment as needed

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of CNC mill and/or lathe machining experience
Proficiency in machine setup and on-machine programming
Mastercam experience preferred
Solid understanding of tooling feeds and speeds
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
