Job Summary
Interim HealthCare Staffing is URGENTLY seeking experiencedHospice Registered Nurses for a Potential Work Stoppage supporting a large multi-clinic healthcare organization with primary and specialty care locations across the Twin Cities metro area.
This role is focused on hospice care. Candidates must be willing to work and cross a picket line if a work stoppage occurs.
Pay Rate:
Up to $84.20 per hour
Role Highlights:
Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and symptom management
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Support patients and families with education and emotional care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Schedule:
- This will be for a 7-day period starting on or around February 1st.
Daytime and/or extended hours may be required
Schedule details provided upon activation

Requirements:
Active Minnesota RN license
Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers (AHA or Red Cross)
Strong communication assessment and patient advocacy skills
Ability to work independently in dynamic care environments
