Job Summary

General Summary: A psychometrist working under the supervision of a licensed psychologist primarilyadministers and scores psychological and neuropsychological play a crucial role in supporting the diagnostic process by providing data on cognitive abilities personality traits and academic RESPONSIBILITIES:Administering and scoring standardized psychological rapport and credibility simultaneously with members. Relates to variety of individuals with warmth empathy and acceptance. Observing and detailing behavioral observations to help the psychologist/diagnostician complete the patients educational activities that promote understanding of treatment services including therapy behavior management psychiatric evaluations medication diagnosis and parenting skills. Understands human development family life cycles and demonstrates application of this knowledge in assessment and diagnosis. Proper billing and coding for insurance paymentsMaintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical all department staff meetings participates in the process of improving admissions procedures and in assessing quality and effectiveness of diagnostic services. Participates in in-service training and other educational opportunities as required and as time and resources permit. Potential for provision of additional clinical services based on expertise and interest (i.e. delivery of evidence-based interventions including behavioral therapy and parent training)Assists with crisis intervention techniques. Performs other duties as assigned by the Program Director. Responsible for following any policies procedures and controls established by the organization the HIPAA Privacy Officer and/or the HIPAA Security Officer regarding access to protection of and the use of the PHI. Other duties as determined by the Vice President of Clinical Operations Specialty Services or Chief Medical Officer in accordance with the general nature of the :Minimum Education Required: A bachelors degree in psychology behavioral sciences or a related Experience Required: 2 years experience in behavioral health. Bilingual (Spanish) Requirement: N/ABH Level: BHTPreferred Experience: At least two years of experience working with individuals with ASD and/or experience with implementing behavioral assessments specifically ADOS-2 :Minimum 21 years of to pass 5 panel drug test & submit to regular screeningValid AZ DPS Level I fingerprint clearance card (must maintain valid card throughout employment)CPR First Aid AED certification if required (must maintain throughout employment).Initial current negative TB test result if required (Employer provides).Questions about this position Contact us
