Job Summary
Job Title: Store Associate (Part-Time)- Frozen Yogurt Shop
Schedule: Part-Time 2530 hours per week; one weekend day required
Pay: $16/hour tips
Position Overview
TES Staffing is seeking a dependable friendly and hardworking Store Associate to join a customer-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customersespecially families and kidsand takes pride in keeping a clean welcoming space. Cleanliness and attention to detail are critical to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide warm friendly and attentive customer service to all guests
Assist customers with orders and answer basic questions about products
Maintain a clean and organized store at all times including:
Wiping down surfaces
Cleaning equipment
Sweeping/mopping floors
Keeping restrooms and back-of-house areas tidy
Restock in-store items and supplies as needed
Follow food safety cleanliness and operational procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Take initiative during slower periods to clean organize or assist where needed
What Were Looking For
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Friendly outgoing and comfortable engaging with customers of all ages
Enjoys cleaning and understands the importance of maintaining a spotless environment
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Honest responsible and team-oriented
Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
