General Purpose
The Marketing Manager leads the organizations brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints. This role is responsible for building awareness ensuring consistency and delivering high-quality branded content both internally and externally. The Marketing Manager translates strategy into executionoverseeing digital channels creative assets and community engagement to ensure the organization shows up clearly professionally and consistently.
This position balances creativity with structure. The ideal candidate is both a designer and a systems thinkersomeone who can build compelling content manage platforms and track performance against goals. This role reports to the Director of Marketing & Communications and works closely with Development Programs and Leadership.
Essential Duties
Provide general brand marketing support to build awareness and recognition across the community
Ensure consistency across all branded content both internal and external
Design and deliver branded materials (digital and print)
Manage social media channels and oversee content calendars
Lead community management and engagement across platforms
Manage and maintain the organizations website
Support off-site events with signage materials and on-site brand presence
Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns
Track performance and prepare monthly marketing reports
Maintain high standards for quality tone and brand alignment across all outputs
Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated experience in brand marketing digital marketing or communications
Proficiency in Canva Meta platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with backend website management (e.g. Squarespace or similar)
Strong content creation skills (visual and written)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Comfort working cross-functionally with Development Programs and Leadership
Experience with DonorPerfect or similar CRM preferred
Nonprofit or mission-driven experience a plus

Applicants must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Sufficient strength agility and mobility to support events and activities
Requires the ability to walk sit stand bend squat push/pull and grasp for up to 48 hours per day
