Job Summary

Ensure the successful implementation delivery and maintenance of the Benchmark applications. This role brings expertise and experience in backend development.

Collaborate with solution architects and tech leads to complete application designs.
Ensure coding standards and best practices are implemented while continuously raising the level of the quality practices.
Design and implement effective end-to-end solutions including Desktop frontend API backend services in collaboration with PO/BA Design Engineering and QA.
Responsibilities
Ensure full understanding and alignment with BAs regarding the specifications and functional requirements.
Implement functionalities described as per the functional requirements.
Minimise the defects rate by following quality practices.
Active participant of the team engaged in delivery activities including peer reviews.
Maintain project documentation and records to support audits and reviews.
Troubleshoot and help to resolve complex technical issues.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years prior experience in backend development.
Experience working on large-scale cloud application and AWS infrastructure.
Expertise in C# .NET Core.
Clear and effective communication.
Proficient in API design using RESTful design.
A deep understanding of data structure and database design.
Experience with containerization e.g. Docker and serverless environments e.g. AWS Lambda.
Experience in implementing various levels of testing including unit integration and API contract testing.
