From explaining procedures and positioning patients to adjusting equipment and capturing optimal images your technical and interpersonal skills will directly support safe accurate diagnoses. Join CDC - where caring is a career Youll Be DoingPerform Ultrasound Exams: Conduct specialized sonography imaging under the direction of Radiologists and referring Physicians while adhering to departmental protocols and Compassionate Care: Explain exams and procedures address questions ease concerns and help patients feel with Clinic Teams: Partner with radiologists and other teams to help deliver a seamless and thoughtful Expertise: Engage in ongoing professional development to refine existing Compliance: Follow privacy confidentiality safety and other regulatory and Troubleshoot Systems: Track ultrasound equipment performance document findings and resolve basic and Maintain Work Areas: Prepare and stock exam rooms for exams and procedures; report low inventory as Were Looking ForProfessional Membership: Active membership with Sonography Canada as a Certified Registered Generalist Sonographer.
