From explaining procedures and positioning patients to adjusting equipment and capturing optimal images your technical and interpersonal skills will directly support safe accurate diagnoses. Youll work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals analyze images maintain precise records and make a meaningful impact on patient care every impact you make daily through each image each interaction and each decision is what defines remarkable care. Join CDC - where caring is a career Youll Be DoingPerform Ultrasound Exams: Conduct specialized sonography imaging under the direction of Radiologists and referring Physicians while adhering to departmental protocols and Compassionate Care: Explain exams and procedures address questions ease concerns and help patients feel with Clinic Teams: Partner with radiologists and other teams to help deliver a seamless and thoughtful Expertise: Engage in ongoing professional development to refine existing Compliance: Follow privacy confidentiality safety and other regulatory and Troubleshoot Systems: Track ultrasound equipment performance document findings and resolve basic and Maintain Work Areas: Prepare and stock exam rooms for exams and procedures; report low inventory as Were Looking ForProfessional Membership: Active membership with Sonography Canada as a Certified Registered Generalist Sonographer.
