- Be part of high-growth high-touch service lines (Concierge Medicine & Hormone Replacement Therapy) that are actively expanding and evolving within Colorado Mountain Medical Vail Health.

- Enjoy variety and autonomy: this role blends patient-facing clinical care coordination and system-wide support rather than repetitive single-clinic tasks.
What Youll Be Signing Up For:
- A dynamic shared role supporting:
- Hormone Replacement Therapy (primary long-term focus)
- Concierge Medicine (steadily ramping service line)
- One Touch Resolution (1TR) and remote primary care support when clinic volume allows
- A position designed to grow in responsibility and focus as HRT and Concierge volumes increase.
- Supporting providers who value efficiency teamwork and excellent patient experienceyour work directly protects their time and reduces burnout.
What you will need:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties preferred
- Ability to perform venipunctures administer injections and initiate intravenous therapy preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology medical equipment HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations.
License(s):
One of the following is required prior to starting:
- Medical Assistant:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by American Medical Technologist (AMT)
- National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) by the National Center for Competency Testing
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) by the National Healthcare Association
- Medical Assistant Certification (MAC) by the American Medical Certification Association
- Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant by the National Association for Health Professionals
- State of Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse or valid compact state license
- State of Colorado Emergency Medical Technician license
CNA or EMT license pay range: $22.00 - $28.39
Medical Assistant certification pay range: $23.20 - $31.00
LPN RN or Paramedic pay range: $25.47 - $35.98
Certification(s):
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Computer / Typing:
Must possess or be able to obtain within 90 days the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies access online forms and policies complete online benefits enrollment etc.
Must have working knowledge of the English language including reading writing and speaking English.
